We’re right, you’re wrong, I’ll wait, Ring Ring
Live at Hultsfredsfestivalen, 1994
When Sator played Hultsfredsfestivalen in 1994, they brought their friends in White Flag with them. Sator started out with a set of their own, from which these three songs were taken. Nix Vahlberg and Hans Östlund of the Nomads joined the band for a rendition of The Zeros’ classic song “Wimp”. Campino of Die Toten Hosen jumped on stage for The Runaways’ “Cherry Bomb”. The whole show ended with a chaotic version of The Beatles’ “I’m Down”. The audience looked a bit confused since so few of the songs were Sator originals. Parts of the gig were broadcasted on Swedish TV.

TV appearance, 1992
This is Sator miming to “Ring Ring” on some Swedish TV show. It’s probably “Megafon”, where Sator performed this song and “I’d rather drink than talk” on November 9th 1992. This was the show were Kent in an interview was asked about the meaning of the word “Sator” and explained that it was Dutch for “penis”. This started a common misconception that lives on to this day.
